HOW CAN I PAY?

We have an easy and quick check out process. We accepting credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery. Additionally we accepting Shop Pay.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number for your package with your shipping conformation e-mail from "Divine Gem Cat" once your order has shipped. If you can't  find your order conformation or shipping conformation e-mail, please check your other e-mail folders. If you still can't find any information please send your e-mail to: divinegemcat@gmail.com  and we will be happy to assist you.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order please send us an e-mail: divinegemcat@gmail.com ASAP.  Order cannot be cancelled ones shipped.

Please note that  cancelled orders will be refund minus 10% restocking fee.
